Facility Rental:

Wedding/Reception only or Wedding and Reception - $600 minimum

Rental for Corporate or Organization Day Meetings - $200.00 minimum for two hours or less. ($100 per hours for each additional hour or fraction of hour. Snack and drinks are served

Capacity - Inside seating (75 Guests) Inside and Outside Seating (150 Guests)

            Bride in one of the many gardens at the Henry Manor


Bed and Breakfast Accommodations:

Overnight rooms - $95 per night. Two nights $170. Three nights $235. (Check in 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 p.m./ Breakfast at 9:00 a.m. / Checkout at 11:00 a.m.)

Off-Site Catering:

We will also help you with food accommodations, for your special events, at your home or other facility. Prices subject to change without notice and do not include tax. Kay and Wayne Williams
